"I've been sitting, waiting, wishing"

I love this bridge. It's along a small path that follows a river for 23 miles and is so quiet & peaceful. I shot this whilst on a bike ride but got bitten to pieces soon enough by every bug you've never heard of so only took 4 frames.

Sometimes you do just sit, wait and wish for something to happen but it never does. I think it's important to go to something rather than expect something to come to you. Many people do it, and I think it's time I did something.

So I have a wedding coming up, and I thought I'd better get some practise as it's my first. We decided to photograph a couple from the band and had a good time and the results were pretty cool:

I while back I had a photoshoot and have now just finished editing the pictures. Here are the results ;) Hope you like them!

For the first set of shots I played around and found this pretty cool grungy style. I wouldn't normally go this extreme but I thought the colours in the shot accented well off of style ;-)
